Park Central South Beach - Miami Beach

Our room was bright and fantastic, it had feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. A sitting area, an ironing set and a work desk worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Its location was PERFECT, right by sightseeing, the centre of the SouthBeach spotlight, and Ocean.

Stunningly beautiful and exceptionally clean hotel, attentive staff and fantastic location. A lot of great food. Nicely decorated and bright room with a private bathroom. Amazing pool, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

I had the best time enjoying the rooftop pool with amazing ocean views 🌊 The location was perfect, but the room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival.

Excellent location

The prices in the bar were astronomical, therefore we only had a drink there once during our stay. Had the drinks been more reasonable we would have probably had a drink there each night of our 3-night stay

The hotel is right across the street from the beach. The staff was amazingly nice and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had the sea bass at their restaurant Quinn's and it was the best I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be returning.

You have to assume there will be noise because the hotel is right on Ocean; thus, I expected that. However, the noise was not as loud as I thought it would be.

The location is fantastic, super close to everything i needed. The beach towels and reserved section with free beach chairs were a big plus. Jordan at the front desk was excellent, always smiling and helped me check in early. The gym was clean and included peloton bikes, and the rooftop pool had amazing ocean views!

Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and location. Accessibility to beach and restaurants and the "buzz' of South Beach. Art Deco design.

Noise level between rooms.

Well located on the sea front and close to the busy part of the city the hotel smells history, with a art deco influence. People of the hotel are really taking care and want to help.

My room was pretty old and I could hear everything happening next door. Thanks god, my neighboors were discrete.

Convenient beach access with reserved chairs.

I was woken up multiple times by noisy guests in adjacent rooms. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in resolving my complaints, resulting in a frustrating experience. Ultimately, I left feeling exhausted and dissatisfied with the service provided .

Convenience - very close to the beach and many restaurants. Staff was friendly.

I think it's a stretch to call this a 3 star hotel - at least my room. Very tiny, especially the bathroom, towel rack is placed over toilet and I bumped my head on it a couple of times, bumped elbow on shelves.

We loved the art deco look and feel of the hotel. The staff were great and with a little, gentle persuasion we were upgraded to an ocean view room at no additional cost. Great location!!

For what you get, it's pricey...once you add in the room cost, all the different taxes, daily resort fees, parking, etc. But it's no different than all the other hotels on Ocean Drive.

The pool area was a nice, relaxing spot to unwind after a day out. Make sure to book your beach rentals in advance to avoid the hassle.

Locationa and Staff

The hotel was in a convenient location by the beach. Loved the evening musc, and the staff was great.

My door opened towards the outside. I didn't really like that.
